Chilli Chicken

  1. Prepare the chicken.
  2. Heat the oil and fry cumin seed mustard seeds the garlic ginger and onion for just 1 minute each.
  3. Add turmeric curry powder and a drop of water just to prevent sticking.
  4. Add the peppers chilli and the chicken and stirfry for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the coriander and tomatoes stirfry for 5 minutes minimum.
  6. Check that the chicken is cooked rightthrough (cut a large piece in haft) and if so serve at once. I
