Shrimp De Jonghe

  1. Bring

  3. water
  4. to cover shrimp to a boil in large pot. Add
  5. shrimp (in shell) to boiling water.
  6. Bring to boil a second time and boil approximately 5 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Drain.
  7. Shell
  8. andtemovetein.
  9. To melted butter, add garlic, parsley,
  10. paprika,tayenne
  11. and
  12. cooking sherry.
  13. Mix well.
  14. Add bread crumbs; toss lightly.
  15. Place shrimp in 11 x 7 x
  16. 1
  17. 1/2-inch baking dish.
  18. Spoon the butter and crumb mixture over shrimp. Bake
  19. at

  21. for
  22. 20
  23. minutes.
  24. Yield:
  25. 6 to 8 servings.
