Crab Stuffed Tilapia W/ Jasmine Rice & Asparagus (Complete Meal)

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0
  2. Flake the crabmeat while checking and dispensing shell particles
  3. In medium-hot non-stick skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until tender
  4. Add parsley and remove from heat.
  5. Stir in bread crumbs, crabmeat, shrimp, lemon juice , and cayenne pepper
  6. Spray cookie sheet with olive-oil cooking spray
  7. Spread the mixture over the tilapia fillets and roll tightly placing seam side down . BRUSH the melted paprika, oil, and butter over each tilapia.
  8. Place leftover stuffing around fillets OR freeze for future preps)
  9. Place in a 400u0b0 oven for about 20-25 minutes until tilapia flakes easily with a fork
