Chocolate Walnut Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Melt the butter and the chocolate in the microwave and mix.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and the sugar and then add the flour.
  4. Once it is smooth, add the chocolate mixture.
  5. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the previous mixture to the egg whites, being careful to keep the mixture light and fluffy. Add the chopped nuts.
  6. Grease a baking pan and add flour to keep the brownies from sticking.
  7. Pour the batter onto the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Introduce a toothpick into the brownies and if it comes out clean, the brownies are ready.
