Stir-Fried Sweet 'N Sour Chicken

  1. Cut chicken with scissors into 1 x 1 x 1/4-inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in wok over high heat.
  3. Add chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add green onion, green pepper, celery and water chestnuts. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
