Shrimp And Octopus Pasta Dish
- 9 3/16 cups noodles spaghetti
- 500 grams octopus, cooked
- 7 ounces prawns cooked
- 1 bunch coriander chopped
- 6 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 onion small, chopped
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- black olives
- Heat a large pan of salted water. When it boils, add the noodles broken in half, and cook the pasta al dente. Remove from heat, and drain in a colander. Refresh with cold water to stop the cooking.
- In a large pan, heat a a generous amount of olive oil, add garlic, onion, and some coriander.
- When browned, add the octopus and shrimp, adjust the salt, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Add more chopped coriander, and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, add the pasta, then the octopus and shrimp mixture.
- Add olives, sprinkle with olive oil, and mix well.
- Place the coarsely chopped boiled eggs on top, and sprinkle with the remaining coriander.
- Serve.
