Maple Curry Chicken Pasta
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1/4 cup maple syrup walden farms
- 1 teaspoon Swerve or nature mate, preferred
- 2 tablespoons curry paste
- 5 chicken breasts
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 8 zucchini zoodled
- pan fry chicken in coconut oil and garlic, season with salt and pepper. once cooked, chop it up.
- saute peppers in the coconut oil until softened and add chicken back to the pan.
- over medium heat add in the sweetener and syrup.
- add curry paste and cream and stir.
- reduce heat and simmer until heated throughout.
- heat up zoodels on med heat with the olive oil.
- combine all ingredients in a serving dish.
