Grilled Turkey Tenderloin With Mushroom Sauce

  1. Preheat charcoal or gas grill.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook onion and mushroom until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Wrap each tenderloin with 3 strips of bacon; secure with toothpick.
  5. Grill turkey for 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Cover and grill for 10 more minutes or until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 165u0b0F.
  7. Remove turkey; top with onions, mushrooms and cheese.
  8. Garnish with parsley.
