Green Bean-Water Chestnut Casserole

  1. Cook frozen beans according to directions.
  2. Saute mushrooms and onion in margarine.
  3. Sprinkle in flour, then slowly add grated cheese, Tabasco sauce, milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Let thicken; add water chestnuts.
  5. Mix beans with sauce and turn into greased casserole.
  6. Sprinkle onions or almonds on top.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375u0b0.
