Crockpot Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, frozen or thawed, cook times varies on chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt optional
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper optional
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
- 1/2 teaspoon basil optional
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano optional
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli cuts
- 2 jars Alfredo sauce I usually use 1 jar of Light Bertolli Alfredo & 1 jar of Classico Light Creamy Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup milk optional
- 1/2 pound pasta bowtie or any, cooked
- grated Parmesan for garnish
- Place chicken in Crock Pot, and add pepper, salt, basil, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Dump sauce and milk on top of chicken.
- Cover and cook in crockpot : 6-8 hours on low if chicken is frozen or 3-4 hours on low if chicken is thawed
- Add broccoli, cover again, and cook for 1 more hour.
- Toss with cooked pasta, and top with parmesan and parsley.
