Chicken Enchiladas Casserole

  1. Saute onions in butter.
  2. Add chicken broth.
  3. Add 2 cans soup, chiles, olives and chicken.
  4. Simmer 7 minutes then add 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
  5. Layer in 9 x 13 inch pan. Tortilla, chicken mix, cheddar cheese, repeat, ending with 1 cup Cheddar cheese sprinkled on top.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes covered.
  7. Remove cover last 5 minutes.
