Curried Prawns

  1. Heat the Flora in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and gently fry the onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Add the curry powder and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Dissolve the Knorr stock in 400ml of boiling water and add to the pan.
  4. Add the prawns and pak choi, and heat thoroughly.
  5. Stir in the Elmlea Whipping, mango chutney and garam marsala, and heat through.
  6. Add the chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice and naan bread.
