Curried Prawns
- 1 tablespoon Flora Cuisine or 15g Flora Buttery
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons Madras curry powder
- 1/2 Knorr Chicken Stock Cube
- 7/8 pound tiger prawns ready to eat
- 1 pak choi small, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Elmlea Whipping
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney
- 1 teaspoon marsala garam
- 1 handful coriander fresh chopped
- Heat the Flora in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and gently fry the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the curry powder and fry for 1 minute.
- Dissolve the Knorr stock in 400ml of boiling water and add to the pan.
- Add the prawns and pak choi, and heat thoroughly.
- Stir in the Elmlea Whipping, mango chutney and garam marsala, and heat through.
- Add the chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice and naan bread.
