Pasta With Stir-Fried Sesame Beef

  1. Halve the flank steak lengthwise with the grain.
  2. Cut each piece across the grain into 1/4-inch wide slices.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce and the black pepper.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the steak slices; toss to coat evenly.
  6. Cover loosely; set aside.
