Pineapple Upside-Down Ham Loaf

  1. Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar.
  2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  3. Place pineapple slices in a row in brown sugar mixture.
  4. Put a cherry in center of each. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon on top of pineapple slices.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes; drain off excess drippings.
  7. Invert onto service platter.
  8. Serves about 8.
