Lamb Coconut Curry

  1. in saucepan, saute onions in coconut oil, until soft. Add lamb, sea salt, cumin and turmeric powder. Stir until lamb turns brown.
  2. Add water and bring to boil. Cover and boil on medium heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Add coconut milk and cilantro. Boil for 15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and boil another 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice.
  5. Note: you can substitue figs with 1/2 cup pineapple.
