No Bake Pumpkn Pie A La Mode
- 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!(R) All Purpose Sticks melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar divided
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 15 ounces solid pack pumpkin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup nondairy whipped topping
- 4 cups Breyers(R) Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0. Spray 9-inch pie plate with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!(R) All Purpose Sticks, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar in bowl; press into bottom and up sides of prepared pie plate. Bake 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
- Beat cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup sugar in bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice until blended; fold in whipped topping. Spoon into prepared crust and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve with Breyersu0b0 Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.
