Swiss Chocolate Squares
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. Parkay margarine
- 1 1/2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Parkay margarine
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 4 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- Combine water, 1/2 cup margarine and 1 1/2 squares chocolate in saucepan; bring to boil.
- Remove from heat; stir in combined flour and sugar.
- Add eggs, sour cream, baking soda and salt.
- Mix well.
- Pour into greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
