Sweet Corn-Channa Dal Fritters

  1. Soak channa and urad dal in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and grind to a very coarse paste along with the ingredients mentioned in"to grind".
  3. Now Mix all the other ingredients to the ground paste.
  4. Heat oil for deep frying.
  5. Once the oil is hot pinch small portions from the batter and drop in the oil carefully.Deep fry till golden from both sides and drain on a kitchen towel.
  6. Serve hot with coffee or as side dish with rice.
