Rice & Beef Bacon Stir-Fry

  1. Place rice in medium pot and pour in vegetable stock, cover to boil and leave it to simmer until rice is tender.
  2. Heat oil into deep pan/ wok on medium fire. Add onion and fry for few minutes, then add both bacon and red pepper. Fry for 5-7 minutes until bacon turns brownish-red.
  3. Stir in cooked rice and peas, cook and stir occasionally for another 3-5 minutes until peas are tender.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce and serve.
  5. Note: For more taste, season with salt and pepper or light soy sauce.
