Coffee Fondue Brownies
- 4 ounces chocolate chunks Dark
- 3/4 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon coffee Finely Ground Dark Roast
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Melt / stir the dark chocolate chunks and butter in a pot over low heat.
- While heating up the chocolate and butter, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, coffee grinds and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- Once the chocolate / butter mixture has formed, add the white wine, remove from heat and stir.
- As the mixture cools, combine it with the dry ingredients and add the eggs. Stir to a thick, creamy texture.
- Evenly pour the mixture into a brownie pan or pie dish and place in the upper rack of the oven.
- After 15-20 minutes check the progress of the brownies. When the surface can be cleanly punctured with a toothpick, remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool.
- After cooling the brownies, cover, refrigerate and enjoy!
