Coffee Fondue Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Melt / stir the dark chocolate chunks and butter in a pot over low heat.
  2. While heating up the chocolate and butter, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, coffee grinds and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Once the chocolate / butter mixture has formed, add the white wine, remove from heat and stir.
  4. As the mixture cools, combine it with the dry ingredients and add the eggs. Stir to a thick, creamy texture.
  5. Evenly pour the mixture into a brownie pan or pie dish and place in the upper rack of the oven.
  6. After 15-20 minutes check the progress of the brownies. When the surface can be cleanly punctured with a toothpick, remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool.
  7. After cooling the brownies, cover, refrigerate and enjoy!
