Bbq Potato Casserole
- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 pound pulled pork from your favorite BBQ joint, Dallie's Smokehouse St. Louis
- 1 cup molasses based BBQ sauce from favorite BBQ joint, Dallie's Smokehouse St Louis- Don't use a vinegar based sauce
- green chillies small jar of chopped
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl and cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Optional - add half stick of butter
- Add to mixing bowl along with sour cream and green chillies and mix until blended
- Add mixture to 9x13 dish
- Top with remaining cup of shredded cheese
- Top with pulled pork
- Cover with BBQ sauce to your taste 1 cup is just a guess
- Cook uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes
