Seafood Creole

  1. In 3-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook celery, green pepper, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in Pasta Sauce, thyme and pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Add seafood and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until fish is done. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice.
