Guacamole
- 4 avocados peeled, pitted, and mashed or chuched
- 1 lime juiced

- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 can rotel original, or Hot if you want, drained
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper optional
- 1/2 teaspoon fruit fresh, will keep it from browning, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, ROTEL, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
- Keep on avocado pit in the center take keep fresh and green
- We like chunkier style Guacamole so mashed two of the avocados & chopped two into very small pieces. These pieces will mush up a little as you stir in other ingredients, but still give it a little chunk. If it is still too chunky you can mash it a little with back of spatula.
