Mel'S Seafood Medley

  1. Mix together clam juice, sour cream and margarine.
  2. Add enough Ritz crackers to make a sloppy mixture.
  3. Add the juice of 1 lemon. Dice all fish; add to cracker mix.
  4. Put into a deep casserole dish.
  5. Do not overfill, as it will become bubbly while cooking. Sprinkle more crushed Ritz, juice of 1 lemon and paprika on top. Bake at 350u0b0 for approximately 1 hour.
  6. Any fish may be used such as shrimp, crabs, clams, pollack, etc.
  7. Use your imagination. This is an economical and filling dish.
