Salmon & Vegetable Cheese Sauce
- 1 1/2 salmon
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package spinach
- 1 red bell pepper Large
- portabello Package of Baby
- 8 ounces goat cheese package of
- 1/4 cup parsley
- Season Salmon with salt, pepper and some lemon juicelet sit until you cook everyhting else
- Take Olive Oil heat on med heat, add garlic cook for about 1 min or so
- Add Spinach salt and pepper to taste
- Cook spinach for about 5 to 7 min until wilted
- Add baby portabello and red bell peppers cook for another 6 to 8 min
- Add Goat cheese let cheese melt for about 4 min
- Add Salmon to the mix and cook for about 5 min each side
- Place salmon on plate top it off with the sauce and sprinkle parsley
