Chipotle Chicken Salad
- 7/8 pound chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups bacon cubes
- romaine lettuce
- Parmesan cheese Rubbed
- mustard Sweet Danish
- black pepper
- salt
- chilli powder Chipotle
- yoghurt dressing
- olive oil
- Wash the romain lettuce and prep in the desired dish, and add olive oil.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin stripes for better coating. Coat the chicken with salt, black pepper and chipotle chilli powder.
- Grill or roast the chicken until done.
- Cut the thin chicken stripes into bite-sized pieces and add to the salad dish.
- Grill or roast the bacon cubes with sweet Danish mustard until done, add to the salad dish.
- Add the yoghurt dressing to the salad.
- Top of with rubbed parmesan cheese
