White Sauce Spaghetti
- 26 1/3 cups noodles
- 2 cans cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream all purpose
- 1 cube chicken broth
- 2 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 1 can mushroom buttons
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce instant spaghetti sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 cheese
- salt
- pepper
- Saute garlic, onion and 2 tablespoon of (red) spaghetti sauce.
- Add ground beef, stir until the beef is cook.
- Add mushroom buttons, 2 cans cream of mushroom and 2 cups of water. Stir constantly until it is mix well.
- Add all purpose cream, chicken broth and bell pepper. Stir
- Stir in Cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat through. Serve over spaghetti or noodles.
- Boil water
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil
- Put the noodles into the boiling water.
- Cook it for 10-15 minutes. Don't over cook the noodles.
- Remove the noodles from the water, then melt 1/4 of butter into the noodles. (noodles won't be sticky)
