Fried Pickles

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
  2. Combine 3 cups flour and next 4 ingredients, stirring well.
  3. Dip pickle slices in egg mixture then dredge in flour mixture.
  4. Pour oil to depth of 2in. in a large deep skillet and heat to 375 degrees F.
  5. Fry pickles in batches in hot oil % min. or until lightly browned.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
