Taco Dip
- 1 (11 1/2 oz.) can condensed bean with bacon soup
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1/2 c. sliced pimento stuffed olives
- 1 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
- 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 c. chopped tomato
- 1 pkg. tortilla chips
- Combine soup, taco mix and hot pepper sauce.
- Stir until blended.
- Spread mixture on a large serving plate 6 inches around. Spread sides and top of bean mixture with sour cream to cover. Layer remaining ingredients in order given.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time (at least 4 hours).
- Before serving, surround with tortilla chips.
