White Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Press crumbs on bottom of a lightly greased spring-form pan. Bake at 350u0b0 for 5 minutes.
  2. Cook on wire rack.
  3. Melt white chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, then cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese at medium speed for 3 minutes.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Beat 5 minutes; add white chocolate.
  7. Beat 5 minutes; add sour cream and vanilla, mixing well.
  8. Pour over crust, then bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
  9. Cool 10 minutes.
  10. Run knife around sides of pan to release sides.
  11. Let cool in pan on wire rack. Cover and chill 8 hours.
  12. Remove pan and garnish.
