Healthy Steamed Fish With Leafy Spinach

  1. Marinade mushrooms with oyster sauce, & fish with salt, pepper, sesame oil & corn flour. Set aside.
  2. Soak the vegetable in water & rinse thoroughly to rid any sand residues. Cut them up & add olive oil to mix. Arrange onto serving plate & add shredded ginger & mushrooms.
  3. Place the fillet on top of Spinach. When water boils in wok/pan, put to steam for about 2-3 mins. Do not steam for too long or you'll lose the vitamins in the vegetable & the fish will harden. * If unsure, stick a toothpick or fork into the fillet. If it goes through smoothly, the fish is done.
