White Chocolate Chip And Marshmallow Cookies
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 45 mini marshmallows
- Preheat oven 350u0b0f
- In a large bowl cream together softened butter and sugar.
- In a separate bowl , blend flour and other dry ingredients together and set aside
- Once butter and sugar are creamed beat in eggs one at a time. Then add 2 tsp vanilla.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to the mixture until all are mixed together, then add white chocolate chips.
- Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease so cookies won't stick.
- Spoon out small balls of dough onto cookie sheet and place 3 mini marshmallows in the middle of each cookie.
- Place cookies in oven and bake for 10-12 mins or until the bottom of cookies and marshmallows are lightly golden.
