Crunchy Chicken Salad

  1. Cut the chicken into medium sized pieces.
  2. Put the Parmesan and the breadcrumbs in a bowl, and in another bowl, the egg whites.
  3. Dip the chicken in egg whites, and then roll in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet, and cook the chicken.
