Olive Oil Briochettes

  1. In a food processor bowl, add flour, sugar, salt.
  2. Add the yeast diluted in the milk and olive oil. Knead for 2 minutes.
  3. Put the dough on a plastic sheet and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
  4. Deflate, and let rise for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Divide the dough, and form 8 balls. Place in small flats.
  6. Let rise at room temperature until they double in volume (about 1 hour).
  7. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  8. Before baking, brush an egg yolk diluted water.
  9. Sprinkle with sugar and sesame seeds.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes, until well browned.
