Smoky Tomato Barbecue Sauce
- 18 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup honey mustard spicy
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce hickory-smoked
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne ground red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- In Dutch oven, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Brush on during or at the end of grilling. Also serve at the table. Refrigerate leftover sauce; will keep refrigerated for 2 weeks.
