Chicken Diablo

• 4 chicken breasts
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/4 cup mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon curry

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Melt butter on the stove over low heat.
3. Once melted, stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry.
4. Place chicken in suitable oven casserole dish (spray with cooking spray).
5. Pour butter mixture over chicken.
6. Bake for 45 minutes.
