Easy Ground Turkey Shu Mai

  1. Mix everything together in food processor and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes;
  2. Put about one tablespoon of filling in each wrapper. Wet the wrapper and gather up the sides and twist, leaving the center open.
  3. Place lettuce leaves for parchment paper in bamboo steamers. Steam for about 8-10 minutes until done.
  4. Optional: garnish with sesame seeds or finely minced chives
