Breakfast Pita Sandwiches

  1. Coat medium skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. add mushrooms, onion and green pepper to skillet; saute until tender.
  2. Combine eggs, meat, cottage cheese and pepper in a small bowl; pour over vegetables. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until eggs are firm but still moist. Stir in cheese. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each pita half. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings (143 calories per serving).
