Chocolate Bundt Cake

  1. Grease a bundt pan with butter and coat with flour. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a pan, break the chocolate into small pieces, then add the water and honey and cook over low heat until melted and smooth.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs well with sugar until well combined. Add the yogurt and oil and stir well. Add the mixture to the melted chocolate mixture, stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually add flour and baking powder and beat well until you have a smooth batter.
  5. Place the prepared pan and bake until cooked (toothpick test).
  6. Unmold and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar, if desired.
