Cheesy Salmon Rotini

  1. In medium saucepan, heat oleo and add small amount garlic powder.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and dry mustard.
  3. Add milk to reserved liquid to equal 2 1/4 cups.
  4. Blend into flour mixture.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
  6. Add cheese, stir until melted.
  7. Add salmon.
  8. Heat through.
  9. Prepare rotini pasta according to package directions; drain.
  10. Add softened oleo and toss to coat.
  11. Arrange on warm serving platter and spoon hot salmon mixture over the rotini.
