Sausage And Spinach Quiche
- 9 inches pastry crust this may be purchased or made by my pie crust recipe
- 8 ounces pork sausage bulk
- 1 1/4 cups green onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 5 ounces frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook sausage, onion, and garlic together. Drain excess fat.
- Add frozen spinach to sausage, onion, and garlic. Cook until thawed. Drain excess water.
- In a bowel slightly beat three eggs, combine half and half, cheese and stuffing mix.
- Add cooked sausage, onion, garlic and spinach.
- Pour mixture into pastry dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cook before serving.
