Frank Rubinger'S Noodle Kugel

  1. 1. Preheat Oven to 350" F (175' C)
  2. Grease A Large 2 Inch Deep Baking Pan Or Large Casserole Dish
  3. Bring Large Pot Of Lightly Salted Water To A Boil Stir In Egg Noodles For 8-10 Minutes until Tender, Drain Then Put Aside
  4. In A Large Mixing Bowl Or Blender Combine Ricotta Cheese, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Vanilla & Almond Extract, Eggs, Blend Till Smooth Then Stir In Canned Fruit
  5. Add Stick Of Melted Butter To Noodles Stir
  6. Add Noodles To Cheese Mixture, Stir Till Well Blended Then Pour Mixture Into Greased Pan Spread Evenly Set Aside
  7. Combine Crushed Vanilla Wafers, 1/2 Cup Of Sugar,Stick Of Melted Butter Stir It Forms Crumbs Spread Over Noodle Mixture
  8. BaKe On 350' For 15 Minutes Then Lower Temp To 325' For Bake For Another 45 Minutes
  9. Allow To Cool For 1 Hr Before Cutting Serve & Enjoy Warm
