Vegetable And Ham Pizza

  1. Mix flour and salt.
  2. Add yeast and mix.
  3. Add warm water while mixing.
  4. Add olive oil and keep mixing for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 420F.
  7. On a floured work surface, roll out the dough, and form a circle with your hands or rolling pin.
  8. Top with tomato sauce.
  9. Arrange slices of zucchini, chunks of ham, and sliced red pepper on top of the dough.
  10. Add chunks of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with parmesan.
  11. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
