Seafood Pasta Salad(Insalata Di Pesca E Pasta)

  1. Cook fettucine according
  2. to
  3. package directions; drain well. Combine
  4. olives,
  5. mayonnaise
  6. and
  7. yogurt.
  8. Fold
  9. in crabmeat. Whisk lemon juice,
  10. oil,
  11. vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper together.
  12. Gently fold in avocado cubes.
  13. Combine olive mixture with fettucini and
  14. gently
  15. add oil and vinegar dressing.
  16. Chill and serve.
  17. Garnish
  18. with more olives.
  19. Makes 4 to 6 servings as main course.
  20. This is great on a buffet table.
