Greek Dolmades Vegeterian

  1. Scald the vine leaves (you can use a leaves ready from the jar) in boiling water,
  2. Boil the onions in a little water and salt until thay are tender and the water evaporates. Add half of the oil and saute for a few minutes. until lightly brown.
  3. Remove the onions from the heat and mix with the zucchinis. mint, rice, salt and pepper.
  4. Place a teaspoon of filling on each vine leaf and roll.
  5. Lay out some vine leaves on the bottom of pot and place the stuffed vine leaves in layers, placing the lemons slices between.
  6. Add 3 cups warm water, the lemon juice, the remaining oil, salt and pepper and cover.
  7. Cook the food at medium heat until all the water evaporates, tray it ! and if the rice isn't well cooked, add a little more water.
