Chinese Fried Rice With Shrimp And Eggs
- 1 lipton soup secrets noodle soup mix with real chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 dash ground black pepper ground
- 1/2 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup regular or converted rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 sliced green onions small
- Combine Lipton(R) Soup Secrets(R) Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth, water and rice in medium saucepan over medium heat. Cover and cook until liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Add eggs and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Combine soup and egg mixtures; cook until heated through, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions.
