Mixed Cheese Quiche

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C.
  2. Line a pie plate with wax paper and add the puff pastry crust.
  3. Cut the cheeses and mortadella into small pieces and combine them in a bowl.
  4. Spread them over the pie crust.
  5. Beat the eggs, the heavy cream, the milk, the grated cheese, the salt and the pepper in a bowl and pour over the cheese and mortadella pieces in the pie crust.
  6. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, turn the broiler on during the last 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the quiche from the oven and serve warm.
