Pork Kabobs In Naan Bread
- 4 pounds pork shoulder ground
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1 bunch cilantro stemmed, chopped
- 2 jalapeno chilies seeded, minced
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root minced
- 4 russet potatoes each, cooked and mashed
- 1 tablespoon cumin seed
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon ramps chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 eggs each
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1. In mixing bowl, place hot mashed potatoes
- 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well to combine
- 3. Keep warm and set aside
- 1. In mixing bowl combine pork with salt, pepper, cilantro, jalapenos, garlic and ginger
- 2. Form and press ground pork mixture around skewer
- 3. Place in tandoori oven and cook for approximately 5-6 minutes until an internal temperature of 145 degrees F
- 1. In center of naan bread, place potato filling
- 2. Place kabob meat next to potato filling
- 3. On top center of kabob meat place Pork Kabobs in Naan Bread Sauces
