Chocolate Chip Toffee Grahams
- 11 whole graham crackers
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet mini morsels
- Arrange graham cracker squares in a single layer on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
- Combine butter and sugar in saucepan over medium heat; stir constantly and boil 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and pecans.
- Pour over crackers covering completely.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate morsels.
- Cool in pan 5 minutes,.
- Using a spatula, carefully remove to a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
- Store in airtight container with wax paper between layers in refrigerator.
