Mandy'S Crunchy Chicken Fingers
- 1 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast
- potato chips or crackers
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Have a grown-up help you cut the chicken into finger-size pieces.
- Fill a large, Ziploc bag with potato chips or crackers.
- Seal it shut.
- Crush the chips or crackers by banging on them with the back of a wooden spoon.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg and milk with a fork.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then place them, one piece at a time, into the bag.
- Shake each gently to cover with the chips or crackers. Place the coated chicken pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- With the help of a parent, place in the oven.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then turn over the pieces.
- Bake for another 10 minutes. Dip the fingers into barbecue sauce, salsa or your favorite sauce. Serves 2.
